EQUINOX EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT

The Equinox employee discount is currently NOT automatically available to eligible employees. To redeem your employee discount on our e-commerce site:

  • Log into your customer account, select your items, and enter discount code TEAMEQX at the minicart (Shopping Bag). The discount code will not work at checkout. The discounts will automatically apply to eligible items if you are registered as an active employee customer on our site.
  • If you do NOT have an active, employee customer account, please take the following actions:
    • If you have an @equinox.com e-mail address, create a customer account with us here using that e-mail address. Once your account is set up and you are logged in, simply follow the direction above to receive your discount.
    • If you do NOT have an @equinox.com e-mail address, please submit THIS FORM with ALL requested information to allow us to verify your current employment status. Once you are verified (this can take up to 48 hours), simply create a customer account using your registered e-mail address, log in, and follow the previously mentioned steps above.
  • EQUINOX EMPLOYEES MUST BE LOGGED INTO THEIR OWN CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS TO PLACE EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTED ORDERS. YOU MAY NOT LOG INTO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE'S CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTED ORDER.

    Equinox Employee Retail Discount Policy:

    To balance both the employee and member experiences and insure profitability of the Equinox Retail business, our Equinox and select brand partner employees receive discounts on select Retail merchandise both in-club and online. Do note that violation of any of the below policies may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

    • All Equinox employees will receive the same employee discount in store AND online on equinoxtheshop.com, offered every day of the week.
    • Equinox employees receive 40% off full price apparel merchandise everyday including Special Events merchandise.
    • The following apparel vendors are offered at 25% off retail pricing to our employees:
      • Alo
      • Lululemon
    • Equinox employees receive 25% accessories and cosmetics.
    • Equinox employees receive 25% off all sale merchandise.
    • Blink, SoulCycle and Rumble Boxing employees are not eligible for discounts.
    • Electronics, select 3rd party vendor offerings, etc. are excluded from employee discount. All exclusions are automatically noted at check-out.
    • The Equinox employee discount is usable by the Equinox employee only. It may not be extended to friends or family. Equinox employees are of course free to purchase gifts for friends and family using their own methods of payment, but are not permitted to allow their discount to be used on orders paid for by others.

    • Equinox Retail employees are NOT commission eligible for their own online purchases.
    • Employees may not resell items they have purchased on our site for profit. Bulk orders of items purchased using the Equinox employee discount may be flagged for review.
