COMFORT+ is an optimal moisturizing and restorative formula which provides hydration, comfort and long-term skin barrier protection. It instantly relieves dry and even the most sensitive skin, revitalizes and prevents visible signs of aging.

WHAT DOES IT DO

Hydrates and deeply calms dry, sensitive and stressed skin, while reducing the appearance of wrinkles and visibly increasing the firmness of the skin. Skin restorative and hydrating ingredients work together to restore the skin's natural balance, providing immediate comfort and relief to even the most sensitive and stressed skin.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

Niacinamide

The saturated portion of emollient ingredient squalene, which is a natural component of human skin sebum (oil). It is a wonderfully moisturizing ingredient as well as being a source of replenishing fatty acids and antioxidants.

Moringa Oleifera

The moringa tree, also called the “miracle tree” is a versatile tree. Extracted from seeds, moringa oil that contains several antioxidants, including zeatin, quercetin, and vitamins A, C, and E. The oil is also a very good source of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid that can replenish skin and help guard against moisture loss. Moringa seed oil contains amino acids as well as plant sterols which can have a calming effect on skin. In short, it’s one of the better plant oils for skin, and its monounsaturated fat content gives it a lighter, less greasy feel than highly saturated oils like coconut

Aquaxyl

A hyaluronic acid booster. It optimizes the circulation of water throughout all layers of the skin. It can limit water loss through its barrier which is reinforced in 24 hours. This barrier retains water through its essential lipids. It can be added to skin care products for face and body with anti-aging and hydrating indications.

Squalane

Extracted from olive oil, squalane is 100% plant derived. The ingredient closely resembles sebum, the protective oil created by the body itself. Therefore, when applied topically, squalane delivers superb barrier protection, preventing moisture loss and providing a shield from environmental damage without a weighty after-feel.

Urea

Urea is produced naturally by the skin and is part of the essential Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) which regulates skin’s moisture content. Urea is hygroscopic, which means it is able to bind moisture into the outermost layer of skin. It is also keratolytic, meaning it breaks down the connections between dead skin cells, and has anti-itch and anti-microbial properties. As a result, it improves natural exfoliation and soothes and smoothes the skin’s surface. As a substance produced naturally by the skin, Urea is well-tolerated for even the most sensitive skin.

Sodium Hyaluronate

Salt form of skin-replenishing ingredient hyaluronic acid; considered more effective for skin than pure hyaluronic acid due to its greater compatibility.

Betaine

An Ecocert approved, naturally derived, fully biodegradable amino acid obtained from sugar beet molasses. It has skin conditioning and moisturizing properties and improves the skin compatibility of surfactant mixtures. It reduces transepidermal water loss and gives the skin a soft feeling. A so- called Osmo-Protector to keep the correct balance of moisture in the skin.
