Directions

1. Clean your skin with a face wash for athletes twice a day.
2. Wash your body with an after workout body wash for acne, rinse, and pat dry.
3. Massage a small amount of a gel for workout acne directly on breakouts or breakout prone areas twice a day, do not rinse.
